This is a family owned auto shop that is reliable and trustworthy. If you have a german car (I have a Volkswagen) look no further. I've had my car worked on here several times and I have never had a single complaint. A good mechanic is hard to find and if you take your car to German Autohaus I promise you won't regret it!

Fantastic, reliable, beautiful, excellent work! I wouldn't take my BMW anywhere else! I am so grateful for their excellent service, communication, honesty, and integrity. I've had consistently excellent service here. Not only is the mechanical work excellent, the body work is unsurpassable. I've had two incidents that required body work and you would never know I wasn't driving a brand new car that had never been damaged. Thank you!

Car was service charged and the work done is subpar, asked to leave the car for up to 2weeks to repair the work that was already paid for. Do not do business with this place.

Took my BMW to German Autohaus for engine analysis and diagnostics by appointment at 8 am. Had to wait til 8:45 because of another customer that came after me then I was told that they could not look at it til Monday.
Got a phone call that evening and was told to come and pick up the car off the street anytime and that compression was low . No cause No diagnosis No recommendations and there was nothing he could do for me. Key left in Glove box car unsecured.
This guy was rude, very impersonal and unprofessional. I would never recommend him or his company to anyone.
I took the car to another place who properly examined it and we are on our way to recovery.
