If he can help you make the deal, he will, and if not, he will let you know as well. The buying process was quick and smooth. Way easier than at a franchise dealer. Was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from Boutique. An agreement was established and mutually accepted on both parties.

At the time, I was traveling internationally for work and was told there were no issues, the vehicle was being held secure for the
2-3 days, and it was available for me to purchase once I get back. Upon returning, I was informed "the vehicle sold."
