So happy I stopped here!

I was a little nervous at first because it's a smaller dealership that seems to be new, but they had a car that I really like so I decided to stop in and check it out. I have to say that I am so happy I did! John really knew his stuff, he showed me the car and we talked for a bit and then went on a test drive. I never felt like I was getting pressured or pushed to buy the car, he genuinely seemed to want to make a deal that was best for both of us. We got back from the drive and sat down to talk numbers. We only went back and forth a couple times before we landed on numbers we were both comfortable with. We got the paperwork done and I was out of there with my new (used) Audi!! Will be recommending this dealer to anyone who is looking for a used car in the Houston area, thanks John!!!

Literally the worst place I purchased a vehicle… got a 2011 z71 within the first week check engine light came on… went to reduced power mode said it was the throttle body .. I believed them lol no absolutely not took it to a mechanic lemme just say this
Wires were exposed not taped looks like rats ate them … rear main seal was leaking had to replace the whole front end I don’t know how the wheels didn’t fall off from the wheel bearings upper and lower a arms were broke ac was out they just charged it with Freon no heater I had to spend 3200$ on a whole new front end .. literally took them 2 months just to get my tt&l it was excuse after excuse after excuse told me they would help me fix the wiring harness cause it’s making the truck run like crap lol now can’t get ahold of them my number is blocked truck still runs like shit literally prob will have to replace engine again if you buy here take it to the mechanic and have them look it over I wished I would have
