It's a dive. A whole in the wall. Looks Like they never upgraded the restaurant. Only patchwork. But tye breakfast snapper was awesome. The grits and beans surprisingly good. I'd go back for sure. I love hole in walls

The food was very delicious. The restaurant was very clean and I love how Haitian people clean their meat. I didn’t know what to order, so the nice lady at the counter encouraged me to try the stew chicken which is now one of my favorites, very tender and flavorful. The children shared fried chicken and black rice which filled them up. My sister and law had the snapper with white rice and Colette on the side. My boyfriend had his all-time favorite, fried goat, which the kids helped him finish. The staff is very kind and generous. The portions are great.

For ordered boullete (fried meatballs) with fried plantains. Very delicious. I truly enjoyed it. Well flavored, fresh, desirable. Worth the price.

I’ve been a customer of Au Bon Gout over 10 years, and yesterday for the first time I did not like the new recipe of the Boulette. I’m upset they changed the ingredient and added something sweet “ it can be sugar I don’t know” but we all did not like the new sweet ingredient inside of the Boulette. Everything else was good like always, but please go back to the original recipe for the Boulette, the sweetness really threw us off.

I ordered one order of Cabot in Sauce and one order of Tassot Cabot (fried goat) the sign says it comes with fried plantain, rice and beans and salad. I asked for pikliz too which they did give me and it was good. The lady didn’t seem to understand my English well. And when asked if I wanted rice and beans too I said yes. When my order came out it was only 1 order of fried goat. No Cabot in sauce meal. There was no rice and beans just plantains. A guy came out of the kitchen and told me that the Cabot on the menu with sauce they don’t have it. That was disappointing cause I haven’t had any since I was in Haiti 4 years ago. So I ordered a second meal but it also did not come with rice and beans either or Salad. They were 22 each and changed me a dollar to run my card. The goat was good and not grassy tasting like some goat and the pikliz was perfect. I would have given 5 stars if they had given me my rice and beans and had what was on the menu that I ordered.

I came in for lunch and had spinach with beef (epinard). Absolutely delicious. The beef was tender and well flavored. It was served with boiled banana amd white rice. The wait was short. The portion was large enough to be shared. I saw a lot of patrons had ordered griot( fried pork). It looked very flavorful. Food was so good I came back and ordered a second plate to go ?

Their meatballs and stew are really good best in Miami. But their legume had weird taste now i don’t know if it’s the oil. Legim nan gen yon gou sife.
