Recently bought a car from JM Autohaus. It all went painlessly. They open by appointment, but this wasn't an issue at all, we arranged a time that was convenient for me and as I was arriving by train to view the car, a lift was offered. The car was immaculately presented, and I was free to take a test drive at my leisure. The paperwork was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and there was no high pressure sales pitch, it was all very friendly but at the same time professional.

After a terminal prognosis of the head gasket in my old car on a thursday, I had the joyous task of buying a new car in time for Monday. Sharon at JM Autohaus made the whole experience as stress free as buying a car can be.
When I contacted Sharon concerning an issue with the AC, the car was taken back no questions asked and I was kindly given a nice little 3 series to get about in whilst my car was being repaired.
The service I received from start to finish really couldn't have been any better, and if one of my friends or family were looking for a car, Sharon would be the first person I'd send them to.

I would advise customers to avoid this seller. I was sold a faulty vehicle which this business has refused to fix, and will not even reply to emails and letters, flagrantly violating the terms of the Consumer Rights act 2015. Unfortunately this issue is likely to end up in court so unless you are willing to take the risk of losing a lot of money, stress and time, proceed with utmost caution with this seller.
