Charged diagnostic for something I already diagnosed… and then they refused to do the work because my car had an aftermarket differential… something I also informed them of in advance. Pity because the tech seemed like a cool guy but the front office lost them someone who would have been a repeat customer. Instead they developed a detractor.

Update: Yes it did happen it was some time ago when I brought my Mini in to you guys. Checking in to see if things are any better so I can bring you my BMW and I can see they haven’t changed. I’m prompted to leave the review now/again because I can see you somehow wiped all your old reviews.

Car was brought to you for clutch you changed the slave cylinder and busted the brake fluid res essentially threw your hands in the air when you couldn’t get the clutch kit and recommended I go to Steve because the car was modified.

I took it to Jan instead and had him do the single mass conversion.

-Signed the guy you charged several hundred dollars to have his car arrive on a flatbed and leave on a flatbed

I would give a zero rating if possible. My Mini Cooper was not running properly, so I had it towed to Bavarian Autohause to be diagnosed and possibly repaired. They had my Mini for 6 full days (04/10-04/15) before informing me that the DME (ECU- Engine Control Unit) needed replacement for a before tax cost of about $3500. I declined the repair and was charged $330 for the diagnostic. I then sent the DME to "The ECU Pro" (4.9 out of 1500 reviews) who tested the DME and sent me the video recorded test results that showed the DME performing without any issues. I called and discussed the results with the Shop who refused to give me a refund of the diagnostic fee and denied any wrongdoing in attempting to extort nearly $4000 (diagnostic + DME replacement) out of me by claiming a DME problem existed where there was not one. Their response and attitude makes me believe their lies have had past success, and I was not the first person they tried to hornswoggle for financial gain. Without authoritative intervention, I am quite sure their fraudulent actions will continue.

Male staff at service department very unprofessional. I wish I had gotten his name, as he deserves to be blasted online. Heavy set with a beard red headed man. I will take my business somewhere else.
