A wonderful buying experience. The vehicles are as described, and the owner was willing to work with our credit! Edit: After bringing our vehicle home, it has only been 9 months, and we are already upside down on the car. We were sold a vehicle that is not worth nearly as much as we paid for it due to the serious catastrophic failures that it keeps giving us. Hands down one of the worst purchases I have ever made. Be careful and do not trust this dealers mechanic. In order for this vehicle to pass inspection (the first inspection it has needed to pass since we bought it) we need about $5,000 in repairs. That is absurd and shows extremely deceptive practices from Auto Haus on how they are getting their vehicles inspected.

The manager showed up late to a test drive appointment set the previous day and then sells the car I was looking at to people who either didn't have an appointment or was double-booked along with me without my knowledge. Very unprofessional and unfair. I wasted an entire day driving out of state thanks to this business.
