NEVER USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR CAR DAMAGED!

I took my car in to this shop recently and told that I was saving so much money rather than taking it to the dealership. My experience was quite the opposite. They finished my car after dark and I took it home, in the morning I notice a scratch on my rear bumper and body damage. I immediately informed the mechanics of my finding and I take it in that day.

They told me that if I got the photos of my car that the tow truck took, that they would make things right.

Once these photos weren’t sent to me by the tow truck company, I return with my proof.

Unfortunately the character lacking owner blamed me for all of the damage.

He accused me that I used AI on the photos, I took too long to show him the photos even though he was on vacation, no receipt so no proof, the photo wasn’t clear enough, there is nothing that could’ve hit and scratched the car like that nothing but bs.

HE TOLD ME THAT SINCE I NEVER SIGNED PAPER WORK WITH THEM, I HAVE NO CHANCE OF GETTING THE MONEY!

The lack of character from this business is why you should never trust them with your high-end of foreign cars, but if you make the decision, take many photos before and after the knuckleheads at Alpine Auto.

I recommend apline auto to anyone with a foreign car. Carlos was friendly straitforward quick and he doesnt charge you an arm and a leg very reasonable prices.

The owner Carlos is always honest and respectable when it comes to the service you get.
I have been bringing all my BMWs here for years (Previously located on Plano) and I have always gotten fast and honest service.
I moved to Visalia 10 years ago, the service is so good, that I still make the drive to Porterville when my BMW needs service.

Thanks Carlos for always being an honest mechanic.
