Absolutey wonderful to have a mechanic you can trust. Russ and his excellent crew have taken good care of me ever since we moved into the area. We have a Jetta, and he does all the maintenance and repairs.

When we were considering buying a used VW turbo New Beetle, he looked it over and told us what we could expect to invest repair- and maintenance-wise after purchase, which really helped our buying decision. He even put the cost of the inspection towards the repairs after we bought it! Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Auburn Autohaus. My 15-year-old Acura MDX has had some hiccups over the last several years, and Russ Melendez has treated my “baby” as if it were his own during that time. Recently I needed a new transmission after 160K miles. Russ knew just where to buy a new one -- with the best price for a 3 year, unlimited miles warranty and highest quality product -- and gave me a much more than competitive price on his labor. (I did my research!!) I needed a new radiator as well and decided to replace the starter and some odds and ends while they were under the hood. The result is that my “old car” feels brand new and I am thrilled!! Go see Russ!!! His quality of work, level of integrity, and frequent philanthropy within and beyond his community make him a stellar mechanic, businessman, and person.

This was my third time there. 2 with the F150 and first time with my Fusion. Needed some break work and there was a strange hum from the front end. After new breaks and left front wheel bearings (and another part that houses the bearings) my Fusion is so quiet...it's like a hybrid electric! Thanks to Russ and Steven for getting it running smooth as silk!
