Really good experience working with these guys. Josh was direct, transparent, courteous, and best of all wasn't pushy about things. The things we discussed to be done to the car were done and he had me inspect it before I left the lot to make sure I was satisfied. Any questions I had were promptly answered and a week later I even got a check in call to make sure everything was good . Overall a real straightforward experience.

We came in today, looking at an SUV that we have done a lot of research on prior to our arrival . We blue booked the price prior as well. We came and looked at the vehicle. It was nice but I wouldn't say excellent condition . Blue book value was about 22k. They were wanting to charge almost 26k. They told us, that is what it was blue booking for... Yikes that was a lie. We were beginning to ask if they would come down on the price, when they interrupted and said "FIRM". My significant other then said that wouldn't work for us and one of the men began to laugh at us. Then as my significant other was leaving the building, they started mocking us and was talking about our trade. They were being extremely rude. I tried to remain polite because that's my overall demeanor and our infant was with us. As business owners ourselves, we would highly discourage anyone buying from this establishment. The office was untidy and the service left something to be desired. We were warned ahead of time to not go here but we did anyway (our mistake). It's very disappointing. Moving forward I hope this changes for the sake of their business. If I could give zero stars I definitely would.

Edit: Called a low self esteem loser and that I suck the life and happiness out of good people? 1 star. Only thing sucking happiness out of good people seems to be your customer service. 🙂

Bought a 2012 Cummins from them. They were very easy to deal with. Helped with everything they could. The serpentine belt was squeaking during test drive, turned out to be a leaking water pump and they went ahead and replaced the pump and belt. I haven’t had any complaints about the truck or the dealership.

I was graced by an angel of the automotive world (Wes) when I did business at this car lot. I stopped by with interest in a SUV they happen to have. I test drove the vehicle and it performed as advertise. It was in excellent condition also. I subsequently decided no to purchase it but in talking with both the owner and sales rep about the thought of selling my 2018 Silverado they made me a very respectable offer to purchase it and I accepted. Wes jumped in my truck with me and we drove straight to my bank where he deposited a check. Both of us walked away happy and I’ll be recommending people here in the future. Thanks again for the great service, definitely the best automotive sales/purchase experience I have had.

Good truck but Wes when I called an told u about my issues an eventually telling me to F off IDC as an owner that's not the way u handle it now u
will be paying the price for the part an my labor an the attorney fees when I see u in court
