I would not trust this business, they are scammers. They scam sellers online with buying used parts and shipping their old junk claiming part was broken. They replace the internals and return the parts. This business should be avoided at all cost for this. I have proof before the item was shipped and when the part was returned, they had opened up the part and removed the internals and put their old ones in. Also they buy random used parts out of 200k cars and reuse them for their clients and charge $$. I gave them the option of just closing the case but they claim they did nothing wrong. sure just look at the parts before and after. My part was 100% working when it was removed out of a running car.

Awesome shop! brought my Mercedes for transmission service and they went above and beyond. Replaced a couple light bulbs and brake bracket that had been installed improperly by previous shop free of charge. Their prices are fairly cheap for the services you receive. They will be my new local service shop.

Highly recommend this shop. Only the fourth time in 20 years I let someone else work on one of my cars. Major rebuild of the front suspension plus replacement of engine and transmission mounts on a W211. I went over the car with a fine-tooth comb after I picked it up and the workmanship was flawless. I will entrust Mack and his team with my car again in the future.

I had my Mercedes towed to this place because I read good reviews the guy I spoke to named Jim gave us a set price he called us 3 times to confirm the price and was aware of what parts to fix so we agreed and he fixed my car and had it ready next day so while I'm on my way to pick it up 2 hours away the Manager Mac called and was very rude said your price has changed do to we fixed some other things on the car. We told him that was not the price we agreed on and nothing else was supposed to be fixed without calling us first so we told him to take off what he put without our permission he yelled at us and said your car will be ready next week then hung up on us. I will never go back to this place again Mac changed the price last minute so do your research first get the price in writing don't take your car here you will get Screwed over last minute

My fourth time to use Autohaus for repair of my Mercedes. This time it was my 22-year-old W210 E55 that I entrusted with Mack and his team for repair and maintenance. As previously, excellent work on their part. They repaired a large oil leak between the oil filter housing and engine block, replaced the transmission filter and fluid, and replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump plus the rubber and metal fuel lines associated with the tank. In their detailed inspection, they identified two shortfalls of which I was not aware; a bad transmission shift lever bushing and a bad bushing on the sensor arm for the auto-level headlights. I also received a tip on how to better perform my own oil changes on the car. Again, highly recommended. They did me right. EDIT: this review overwrote my previous review from ten months ago.
