Andy and his staff are top notch! I found Autohaus a few years back. Each and every service experience of my VW and Audi's have been stellar ever since. They make appointments and keep them timely, they do what they say and no added BS. I stopped in unannounced a few months back after hitting a nasty bump and was getting a strange sound. William dropped what he was doing put my car on lift and check it for safety. Found a small issue and they order the part. When talking with anyone there they treat you like family. If its German made, bring it to Autohaus of Palm Coast. You know it will be taken care of properly and fairly.

Andy and his team is phenomenal! I do most of my own mechanic work and these guys are the only ones who can touch my Mercedes! (BMW Too!) Down to earth and straight forward. Give you an idea of maintenance coming up so you are prepared and straight forward. Igrww up in a mechanic shop and I have been around many mechanic shops and I would only recommend less than a handful in the last 30 years with out question! Pays to go to the pros who specialize in Mercedes!

I have been taking my car here for years for the A and B services, as going the dealer route is just silly. They have always been very professional and timely. Mine is a Mercedes E350 but I had taken a BMW to them with the same results.

I forgot to mention that I went there today, with no appointment, for a minor damage to my front undercarriage grill and they took me right in and was able to repair the damage rather quickly. How many shops would do that for you ? Let me help you here, NONE. ANOTHER reason I will only take my car to Autohaus for any auto service related item.

Started taking my CL600 to them a few months ago. I was initially concerned because the car is somewhat rare compared to many others. But William and the team really knows MBs and do a great job diagnosing and fixing problems. Kimberly does an excellent job keeping me informed as to the status of repairs. Price is fair for working on your German car. Definitely the place to go if you are in Flagler County.

Not good. Diagnosed my car as need a new coil #5 and six new spark plugs. After $625 I drove off the lot and issue was still there. After leaving the car there for a day they suggested replacing coil #4. I asked if they were certain, they said they couldn't be sure. They suggested I pick up the car and they would get back to me in a couple days when they had time to do a deeper dive. Never called me back. Issue persists. Will need to find another german auto/mercedes mechanic.
