When I came limping in, fluids were pouring out, lights were going off, different codes were being thrown... I was a mess. California Autohaus found I was leaking coolant and animals had chewed up the wires on my belly. They quickly replaced the leaking water pump and meticulously traced down each and every shorted and nipped wire. After going through that I needed a vacation, so I packed up my hobbits and I took them to the top of Cali to see the redwoods, I got to check Headwaters and Tall Trees off my bucket list.

Seriously, California Autohaus took great care of me and my vehicle, keeping me informed at every step and being understanding, friendly... just great dealing with them. Then the price was what I expected they do quality work, take pride in their work at a good value. I'll always take my vehicles here for minor or major repairs. Thank you Kristin, John, Andrea and the gang. I think a 2,000 mile test drive proves you fixed everything right. If you want your car fixed properly with care you should go to California Autohaus.

CA Auto Haus provides great service and a great value. Have used their service team for my 2017 RR Sport Diesel and they keep it running great and a great value and great customer service. Christine always works to satisfy customers. Recommend this establish as honest and fair and quality work.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. I took my LR4 in between September 12, 2024 and October 17, 2024. I only drove the car in because of the recommended "70K mile service inspection." I was NOT given any cost quote, but when I came to pick the car up, I was surprised to pay close to $7,994.77.the office manager.

Then about a month later, my car wouldn't start and had it towed back to California Autohaus. I was charged another $2,383.67 to get a new alternator and battery. When I picked my car up, my brakes made horrible squeaking sounds... they said "nothing can be done about it." I cannot believe that she paid more than $10,000 but is left with a vehicle that still has problems.

They were able to get my maintenance done fairly quickly (differential gear oil change); got me a ride to and from home in the interim so I could keep working, and kept the final price to the one quoted over the phone. Also: the staff was friendly and helpful.

Technician diagnosed bad oil pressure sensor that was consistent with Dealership’s diagnosis. Was able to get me in immediately which was very helpful. Kristen kept me up to date on status as several parts had to be ordered. Repair was completed with no problems.

I rarely post reviews for a business, and I've never posted a review for a business of which I was technically not a customer. California Autohaus is the rare exception. The short synopsis, my wife and I were in town for a few days to help our daughter buy her first car. As a recent college graduate she was quite nervous making her first big "adult purchase". She had found a used BMW from a private seller and was ready to make an offer. Although the car looked fantastic and drove really well we suggested it may not be a bad idea to have a mechanic look at it. Being 5:20pm on a Friday night the chances of this happening were slim at best. This is where California Autohaus comes in. As fate would have it they were literally located across the street from where we met the seller to do a test drive. My daughter called California Autohaus and asked if there was any way a mechanic could take a quick look - they said "sure, no problem". Let me remind you, it was Friday night and they were scheduled to close in 10 minutes at 5:30pm. We drove the car over and within minutes they had it hooked up to the computer, up on the lifts, topping off fluids and spent an hour looking at the car. Two mechanics and the office manager ran pricing reports, and spent an additional 20 minutes talking to our daughter about the car. Unfortunately, they did find a number of serious mechanical issues that would need to be dealt with so our daughter did not make the purchase. We asked them how much we owe for the inspection. "Don't worry about it", they said, "it's intimidating buying your first car, glad we could help you make the best decision".

They earned a customer for life!
