Came in without an appointment for a concerning issue with car. They were able to test drive it and take a look later in the afternoon. The car was unsafe to drive. They had the parts in stock and were able to fix it the same day. It was amazing! They worked so hard to fix my car in between appointments so my children and I had a safe car to drive home!

Disappointing Experience Despite Friendly Faces

I took my truck to Military Car Service to address a taillight issue, only to leave with the same problem—and a lighter wallet. Despite paying for a diagnostic, all they did was confirm what I already knew. They couldn't fix the issue I brought it in for, but still charged me the full fee for essentially nothing.

Now, don’t get me wrong—the customer service was on point. The receptionist was pleasant, and even the owner seemed like a decent guy. But nice people don’t make up for leaving my truck in the exact same condition I brought it in. The owner promised to follow up after reaching out to a contact about the issue, but that call never came.

If you’re looking to pay for something you didn’t need, this might be the place. Otherwise, save your money and take your vehicle elsewhere.

MCS was incredibly helpful when our car stopped working after grocery shopping. Within less than 24 hours, it was towed and fixed up. Dom was friendly and professional, great with explaining what was going on and answering questions I had. The shop had a homey feel like I was back in the states!

Great family-owned business! We’ve taken our vehicles to Dom and his team the entire short few years we’ve lived here, and I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone else just because I’ve never even had to go anywhere else! They’ve always been great about getting us in in a timely manner and they do excellent work. I can only hope we find such a reliable shop at our next location. 12/10 service.

On my first visit, Dom did me a favor and had me come in between appointments to check out a warning light that had come on. We were leaving for vacation and didn’t feel comfortable driving a long distance, so he saved that trip. The next visit was an appointment for service, and again they went beyond what I had expected. Dom thoroughly explained the topic at hand, even though the shop had already closed for lunch. They take their time and there’s no pressure.
