My partner and I had a great experience with Schwarz Autohaus when purchasing my 2005 Honda Accord. Blake was very nice and honest with us. He let us test drive the car and also showed us the Carfax along with the car’s smog test. There were no hidden fees, the car’s title was clean, and the title transfer process was very smooth. The car was also in excellent conditions, with a clean interior and exterior. The oil and tires had also been recently changed. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it! It has already been a month since I purchased my car and I have had no problems with it.

I recently began looking to purchase a vehicle and realized prices were just ridiculous, but what added fuel to the fire was the customer service of many of the dealers I came across. Then I stumbled upon a car that was out of the range of what I expected to spend but the service and transparency made me comfortable once I compared similar cars. To start with when I contacted Blake he responded promptly and explained there was a minor problem and he wasn't comfortable selling the car in that condition. I went to see the car and the issue was fixed the following day but I had to go out of town and he held the car until I returned. I was pre-approved but my bank gave us so many issues but Blake tried to accommodate every hurdle they presented. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the car and the price and there were no hidden cost. And the customer service was exceptional.
