I purchased a set of TIS 549MB wheels for my new GMC Sierra Elevation truck. 20x10 -19offset. My truck is garage kept and kept spotless. I don’t use any wheel cleaners on my wheels I only use soap and water. Upon washing my truck today I have noticed that the clear coat is starting to flake off the driver side wheels. I called TIS and they stated all wheels have a 1 year warranty for that. I ask if they were aware of any other wheels having the clear coat flake and they stated we get phone calls all the time about it. So basically that told me they do t care about their customers and the fact that we pay over $500 per wheel. So upon doing some more research I discovered that TIS actually gets their wheels from American Tire Distribution. So now it makes sense why they only last for 12 months. So think twice before you spend $1500 with TIS on a set of wheels. Once they get your money you mean nothing to them. If anyone has any recommendations on a trustworthy rim brand, please post.

Had some custom cut 28x16 forged wheels by TIS, and they knocked them out of the park. Quality is flawless and they even matched the powder on my wheels to my truck perfectly. Everyone with TIS is super friendly and just makes you feel like you're a family and not just another customer. I'll for sure be purchasing more wheels from TIS soon!!

Missing center caps for my wheel order. Reached out to their customer service and they said they would get them ordered. Then the emails stopped. They won’t reply after multiple follow ups.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute worst customer service ever. I had 2 wheels that were cracked so I warranty claimed them. My claim was approved, and now they will not return any emails. It’s been 3 months now and cannot get in contact with. This company is pathetic. I’ll never own a set of these wheels again.

On my fourth set of center caps. Right now the center caps I have on are held together by glue and a few washers. With how many sets I’ve been through you would think they offer some kinda warranty and for the price. Being that they are very brittle, cheap fake plastic.

The center caps are garbage. All but one have broken where they are screwed to the wheel. I looked online and it's over 60 dollars to replace just one! Absolute trash.

Terrible customer service. Told me they would send a new Center cap 2 years ago and a few times since and after a few follow up emails they have stopped responding.
