Showed up to load a customers furniture out of their warehouse. Sadly they dumped it all in their parking lot. This is how they will handle your furniture. Complete disrespect towards anyone’s belongings! STAY AWAY!

Very Nice company. What they promised they delivered. had a minor scratch on my table but they fixed it promptly. They even sent me a meal certificate as an apology!

These guys destroyed or damaged most of my furniture and didn't reply to my emails or calls once I started filing my claim. It took 6 months for them to agree to give me pennies on the dollar for the damage they caused. I'm not exaggerating when I say that every aspect of their service was absolutely terrible. Also, a shout out to Mr. Duran for repeatedly lying to me about the status of my claim. Shame on you

Hopefully whoever is reading this, reads this before it's too late.

We had Daniel Santos come out to our house in late July. He confirmed with us the dates of the 7th and the 8th for packing, then shipping. Well, he messed up and sent the WRONG dates of the 8th and the 9th. We called to try and get this corrected, but they didn't care at all. His only response was that his manager might be coming in soon. After multiple phone calls, Daniel gave me the number to the shippers. They confirmed with me that Daniel sent them the wrong dates. Unfortunately, now my PCS move is all jacked up because of one mistake. Thanks Daniel.

Broke my dryer, a metal shelf and both the top and bottom of my tool box during my move from El Paso to Phoenix. This is my 5th move while in the military and this is the first company to break anything I own this extensively.
